Thank you for supporting YesWeYaa. We are grateful for your contribution toward helping children in crisis. As a charitable initiative, we maintain the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
- All donations made to YesWeYaa are considered final and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is processed, we cannot reverse the transaction except under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
- Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate donations made in error.
- Incorrect donation amount due to a technical glitch.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
- All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the approval of YesWeYaa management.
3. How to Request a Refund
- If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Full name
- Email address
- Date and amount of donation
- Transaction reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Email your request to contact@yesweyaa.org.
4. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- The refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
- Donors who have set up monthly recurring donations can cancel future payments at any time.
- To cancel, please email us at contact@yesweyaa.org or log in to your donor account if available.
- Cancellations will apply to future donations only. Past donations are non-refundable.
